So today i put my macbook to sleep as i usually do before steping out for a bit, when i got back it just could not connect to any wifi networks. I went into recovery mode, guest users as well as safe mode it kept showing connection time out or to run wifi diagnostics. Hardware diagnostics turn up no error. So i deleted my system config folder and did a pram and smc reset and booted up the wifi was connecting again so i started syncing my mails and went to grab a cup of coffee when i got back the mac was in sleep (forgot to change energy saver preferences) so i woke it up and damn the wifi is acting up again only this time the previous steps i did failed to work. Now for doing a clean install i would need the wifi but it neither connects in recovery mode so i cannot erase the hard drive without the wifi but i can use my time machine which would defeat the purpose of a clean install.
Some help please.
