Hello :) Recently I am using quite often scaled resolutions on my 13'' rMBP. I don't see any significant difference in the quality between them but I was wondering if for example I am watching a movie in Best for Retina and then change it to scaled 1440x900, would that make the quality worse?

It doesn't work like that. Your macbook always has 2560-by-1600 pixels, and when u change scale it only changes the scale of interface elements and text and doesn't affect video, because its resolution is fixed. So the short answer is no, it won't affect the quality of the video.
