I will probably receiving my new 5k iMac with the upgraded R9 M295X graphics card. One of my secondary uses for the computer will be Boot Camp gaming. In the past what I always did in Boot Camp is keep the graphics drivers up to date to get the most out of the gaming performance. Does the latest AMD Mobility Driver Omega (14.12) install in Boot Camp on the iMac? Has anyone tried it yet? Or are we stuck with the stock Apple driver for now? The release notes do mention 5k display support, interestingly.

As I understand it then people cannot get it it to install as the Driver doesn't recognise the hardware.

Some people have attempted to modify ( so far no real success ) to get to install but the Download pages states

"This driver is not intended for use on AMD products running in Apple Bootcamp platforms. Users of these platforms should contact their manufacturer for driver support."

So it shouldn't come as a surprise that doesn't work.
