So I am waiting for the next Retina Macbook Pro to be released. I have a few questions.

I have heard due to the high resolution of the screen that some programs look funky or pixelated.

Has anyone noticed this problem with the Adobe Creative Suite CS6.

I will be primarily using the computer for Graphic Design.

Thanks.

Photoshop CS6 supports retina resolutions, as does Illustrator CS6 and Premiere Pro CS6, just make sure you have the latest version.

I can second what TheIguana said. By now almost all Dev's have updated their apps to supports the retina resolution so just make sure you're running up to date software and you'll be fine.
The one retina caused gripe I have is the 'Adobe Updater' even through all the actual CS6 apps are retina the updater isn't, so thats blurry and pixilated. But seeing as you don't spend much time staring at that screen it's not too much of a problem.

I use Photoshop CS6, I remember running it before I patched it and it did look pretty rough. After the patch it just looks stunning on the retina display.

Download the updates for each CS6 app to optimize them for retina display.

Before the updates, CS6 apps looked pixellated, but after the update, everything looked smooth.
