well Im on my replacement laptop, the first one had an issue with apps hanging and was replaced. The one I am on causes final cut pro to crash whenever I add footage to my timeline either from browser or my viewer window. This issue did not exist on the previous one.
I use Final Cut pro 7.
It just quits and gives me a crash report. I reported to the service centre as there was a failed apple hardware test, the error code was related to the hard drive. Apple formatted the hard drive and did a clean install and said its good to go. The same issue occurs.
If you guys need the crash log let me know.
