What is your opinion on the retina MacBook? I was thinking of buying the 13 inch since its $1400 refurbished. Do you like it? If you could return and get a refund, would you? How is the performance?

Retina MacBook Pro owners, is the MacBook worth the extra money?

Pricey, yet useful. Retina is a bit over hyped but that's normal for Apple.
I have a fully optioned 15" MBP retina. It's fast & reliable, yet it should be for the huge price.
I cannot readily endorse it unless you absolutely need it's full capabilities.
I also have a fully optioned 13" MBA. Overall it's a better all around computer at far less cost.
I do very resource intense work, thus the MBPr is a must. Otherwise it's a big waste of money.
