Retina Macbook Pro Screen Light up issue

Hi all, I have a June 2012 (1st Gen) 15” Retina MacBook Pro that is 13 months old and I have a problem where by the Screen will not light up after a restart or Power On. This is what I’ve done so far, reset PRAM and SMC, complete new install of Mavericks, started with Power cord connected, and Power cord not connected (battery power only). I know the MacBook powers up because the Chime sounds and the keyboard lights up. Anyone see this before or have any experience with this issue? If I power up and close the lid for 30 seconds the screen will light up when I open it.
