I just received my shipping confirmation from Apple even though my receipt stated it will be shipped around Jun 21-Jun 25! :D

I ordered a RMBP/2.7/16GB/512GB with 2-3 day shipping.
Estimated delivery date: June 15, 2012

So yes, it is indeed available today! Good luck with everyone who ordered!
 
Lucky you! Mine is still stuck at processing... Mine is in the first batch (estimated 21 - 25 June) like yours so there's hope in it for me :)
 
What's the likelihood stores get them before the 5-7 business day shipping period they had for the first buyers???
 
im pretty sure all the apple stores in the US will get them in the morning (12th of june). im here in japan and they had them this morning (japan apple store in ginza) and they're all sold out. i didn't/forgot to ask specifically if they had both retina models or not. why i say that is, there are stores here in japan (kind of like best buy) that posted availability starting today for the base model retina and 6/25 for the 2.6ghz model. not sure why they aren't shipped at the same time.

For the first few hours after WWDC, wait time was estimated at (5-7 days), then it jumped to 7-10 and now it's sitting a 2-3 weeks.

I ordered mine as soon as the Apple store came back up so I'm definitely in the first category and 6/21-25 is the estimated delivery date in my order.

Now that I think about it, that could be the estimate for those who ordered when it was listed as 7-10 days too. Hm. I guess the only way of knowing is if you remember what the estimated wait time was when you bought it.
 
I hope they arrive in Apple stores before 2-3 weeks time. Then its much easier to go there, test it yourself and buy it right away.

For the processor, no. The difference is negligible.

That brings it down to the SSD since that's the only other difference. If it can only be upgraded by Apple then only you can judge if double the capacity is worth it to you. If it turns out that you can add your own storage after, then the base model is what you want.

I"m guessing it's not in order though. My number is W***340400 and still not shipped :(

I don't think any are shipping at the moment. Also, I don't think apple stores will have them until later this week. This is for the retina verson.

Status is still "processing items," while my t-bolt->gigabit and MagSafe to MagSafe 2 are showing as preparing for shipment, with delivery estimated Thursday-Friday
 
5 July - 10 July

I ordered mine at 8:30 pm when i was off work. shipping estiamtes say 5 July -10 July :( anyone know if it will be faster than the estimation? (i'm from Canada)
 
You guys are lucky, ordered mine around 7pm yesterday. Estimated delivery is Jul 10 - Jul 16 :(
