Retina Macbook with Dell 4K monitor @ 60Hz

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has connected their rMB to a Dell 4K monitor, such as the P2415Q at 60Hz? Just wondering what anyone's experiences have been with this setup? The fact that the rMB only has one USB-C output and the Dell monitors don't accept a USB-C input seems like it could cause a hitch. I don't really want to go larger than 24", and it seems that the market is hugely restricted to 24" 4K IPS 60Hz monitors, which is why I'm looking at the Dell. So, if anyone is using a 24" Dell I'd love to hear how the picture compares to the rMB retina screen.
