Hi all,
I have a 2012 retina macbook 15.
I can't get it to airplay to my airport express, even though it is connected and using the wifi from it.... it just won't do airplay.
My iPhone, and iPad, will both happily connect to the very same airport express and airplay works great with those iOS devices.
Is there anything I should try to get it working?
It will airplay to my apple tv.
I thought maybe mavericks would fix it, but no luck.
Thanks in advance.

Hopefully I posted this in the right forum, as I thought it was an airport express issue rather than a macbook one.

Are you trying to get the macbook pro to airplay by selecting the airplay icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen?

Try opening up iTunes, selecting the airplay icon next to the volume slider and see if you can select the airport express.
