Retina MBP - Blackout top bar?

Hi Guys, I've attached a print screen of my Mac when it wakes from sleep?
This has only happened since I've updated to 10.8.3.

Does anybody else have this problem? Or does anybody know a workaround? Thanks!

Software issue. Probably need to reinstall Mountain Lion

What happens if you kill the menubar? Does it come back as black?

killall -KILL SystemUIServer
