I decided to upgrade the SSD in my Late 2013 Retina MBP from 256GB to 512GB. I was able to successfully install the drive and get a clone of my old SSD on the new one. Everything is working perfectly except for waking from sleep.
If I put the Mac to sleep and let it sit for a while I am unable to wake it up without holding down the power button until it shuts off then turning it back on. If I put it to sleep for a short time, I have no issues waking it up.
I've tried a PRAM and SMC reset with no success. Any ideas?
