Retina screen color issues

Having an issue/bug that is only affecting me when watching videos of Facebooks media plauer or when using Quicktime (no issue using same files in VLC) with certain colors appearing covered in green, pink, yellow, red pixels etc. I have no clue what to call it to look up a fix on google, will attach pics

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) 2.5 GHz with the discrete GPU
