Hey Guys,

Just got a brand new 2014 Macbook Pro 15"! I'm super excited, and am in the middle of setting everything up. Quick question, does anyone have any good links to some awesome wallpaper packs that show off the screen?

Doesn't matter what it is (landscapes, animals, cars, etc.), just looking for some good wallpaper. Thanks!

Default is a "fake" 1440 x 900.
When you use 1440 x 900 it's actually pixel double (aka Retina) so If you put a standard 1440 x 900 wallpaper on a Retina 15" it would look fuzzy. Same goes for the Retina 13".
You should choose 2880 x 1800 wallpapers if you want the best experience. Even you use the default 1440 x 900 res.

Try putting a iPhone 3GS res wallpaper on a Retina iPhone 4. It would look like crap even if the UI elements and the screen are the same size.

Visit my site at flickr.com/chua_photography and download any of the full-resolution (usually 5184x3456) wallpapers you fancy :D

Just kidding, there's plenty others out there who take way better photos than I do.

Have a look on flickr, they started making images at their uploaded resolution available for downloaded (if made available by the content creator). Just make sure the image is larger than 2880 x 1800px.

Does anyone have any good wallpapers for 13" retina MacBook?
I am towards the dark grey style wallpapers like this one but I can't really find any for the native resolution of a 13" retina MacBook...
