If you are experiencing issues of your bluetooth disappearing or sluggish response in Springboard, you probably have RetinaPad and MyWi installed. If you have both installed, the iPad will become sluggish and lose bluetooth. If you remove one or the other, you will get bluetooth back and everything will run fine.
 
i have both installed and do not experience either of those issues. In fact, right now I have MyWi RUNNING, tethered to my laptop while my better half works online, while I type this on my iPad using my bluetooth keyboard, and yes I have retina pad installed. Perhaps it's your settings? Maybe MyWi set to bluetooth?

You might not experience it until you actually reboot the device after having both installed. Try rebooting it and see if you still have the issue. I know it isn't settings because we were having the issue on multiple devices after a fresh install.
