Using an M1 Mac mini... While editing in Photos, I have noticed that if I use the Perspective tool, I cannot then use the retouch tool. Has anyone notice the same?

I rarely edit in Photos. Was going to test this for you, but I don't see a "Perspective" tool:
Do you mean the aspect ratio adjustment under the CROP menu?
