Retreive size of memory GB on an IPHONE with broke digitizer

I have an IPHONE I purchased with a broke digitizer. Now I have someone wanting to buy the phone as is but they want to know the memory.

How can I do thant? I thought at one time I used a software which showed that. It comes up on the IPHONE gray screen but has German or some language on it. I restored to the factory settings to get to here.

Take the serial from the sim tray and use this website to find out its capacity

It told me the Manufacture date and month but that was all
