Retrieve deleted photos from Iphone

Hi guys. I hope some one can help me I need to try and retrieve deleted photos on my I iphone. It is jail broken and I have heard if I can make a disk image of the phones hard drive I can then scan the DMG using photo recovery soft ware. How do I make a disk image or is there any other method I can try. thanks

I've never ever heard of someone doing this. But if you can figure it out, more power to you. Once it is deleted, there is probably a small chance of getting it back unfortunately.
