RETRIEVE OLD CONTACTS

I need to find a contact from April, 2016. Apple only shows 30 day old contacts. I need to be able to retrieve from 10 months or more. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure what you mean. In what application are you having this issue?

Mac Pro I Calendar/Safari. When I was "cleaning" out my contacts at the end of the year I deleted an item that I urgently need. I have tried to retrieve using all of the methods and suggestions on these forums and elsewhere. Hopefully you can shed some light. I need to get contacts from April, 2016 and before.

I don't think I know anything more than what's on "these forums and elsewhere" as that covers a lot of information.

I assume you mean the contacts were synced with iCloud.

Unless you have a backup or the same contacts at one of the other syncing services (a lot of people move them around like that due to changing sync services) I think they're gone.

I've backed up my iPhone but I don't know how to retrieve from iTunes. I'll look into that. Thanks for your input.
