Please HELP... I have the original iphone with over 300 pics on. It has always been synced with my mac until last month when the hard drive crashed(mac). The hard drive was replaced but the problem i now have is that the screen on the phone has been damaged so i cant access it. when i plug it in to the mac it shows me that all the info is still on the phone. How do i retrieve the photos/video into iphoto/imovie...apple tell me it cant be done.
