Retrieve Wallpaper

So I restored my iPhone w/o realizing that the wallpaper I used was a picture I took. Luckily, iTunes had the wallpaper restored, but I lost the original picture.

Is there a way that I can retrieve the wallpaper to backup in case I change my background in the future?
