Retrieving Data from Broken Iphone 4

My battery connector broke off of my iphone 4 and when I plug it into the computer it starts to boot up then dies and repeats. is there anyway to retrieve the data on the motherboard?

Unless you can get it up and running it will be hard. Apple store could get the data but I doubt they would do it for you!

Yes there is by fixing the connector.
Open google maps and type in search" cellphone repair" call them up because not every shop does micro soldering. My local shop charges $60 but it could be more.
