Retrieving Installed Software CD Key/Serial Number

So I need to do a couple reinstalls on our Mac Pros and G5s. However, in the old days before my time, no one ever bothered to write down serial numbers for some of our installed softare, specifically Entourage 2004 and DAVE file sharing software. I know Entourage folder can just be backed up and placed back into the App folder (although I'd much rather have a list of CD Keys on our database) but formatting would essentially kill DAVE licenses. Is anyone familiar with any sort of scanning tool that comes back with a list of installed programs and their corresponding serial numbers? Or a way to get DAVE and Entourage numbers out?
