macOS Retrieving the value of an NSScrollView for drag and drop file list

I don't know the proper programmatic syntax to get the string values of the files placed in the NSScrollView via drag and drop. I want to gather the files in the list when i press the start button preform a function based on the files extracted from the list and then spit them out to there save destination.

Any and all help with this problem would be great. If anyone knows a good place to find this sort of thing for other IBOutlets that would be very helpful too. The only application building I've done before is using Java and it's proprietary appkit.
