I cringed a few times. Happy though that they kept the finger wag at the no smoking. My guess is it is supposed to be the same person as the lady from their previous video, but younger because it's set in the 1980's.

This. The pacing was very 80s, a lot of media I enjoyed back then seem to drag on and on by today's post MTV/sound bite standards.

There is no way I'd watch the whole thing on a plane. Unlike the Virgin America ones I find entertaining.

This. Plus that flight attendant sounded way too much like Sarah Palin for my liking. Not quite at nails on the chalkboard level like the Tweeting Twit of the Tundra, but close.
