I've been developing a text base adventure for a while for IOS and Mac mainly for fun. Its based on the 70's / 80's style adventures like zork.
not planning on retiring on it but though it would be a bit nostalgic for some.

Just started beta testing it in testflight

Very nice :)
Not sure a modern audience has much patience for that style of game but good writing can carry you far.
If you haven’t already implemented something like that I suggest buttons with possible inputs for iOS rather than free type text input just because prolonged touch keyboard usage can be straining compared to just tapping big targets for the available actions in a given section. But it of course depends on how you want to balance discoverability, exploration of possibilities, ease of interactions, etc.
