Hello,

I have removed quite a few applications from my Macbook recently, but I'm worried about the crap they've left behind strewn all over (preferences etc) and I'm wondering if there are any programs that can search and delete orphaned files related to applications? I wish I had used a removal tool when deleting them, but the thought never occurred to me.

Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks, but that won't do, because I've already deleted the application. :( I'm more looking for a scanner that searches for files left over when an application has already been deleted.

and here I was going to suggest AppZap.... :(

Either use Spotlight to search yourself or re-install the app and use AppCleaner to remove it and the associated files again. That's the only reasonably sure way you're going to get them all.
