I believe I have a faulty i4 and will like to have an exchange for a BRAND NEW one, as in, the box still with wrapper wrapped around it.
I bought the i4 about 2 weeks ago and am wondering if bestbuy will do this.
I don't want a refurb from the apple store

If you got the BestBuy Insurance thing...them yes..they will..

If not, they will send you to the Apple store and not even there you will get a brand new in the box...you will get a replacement unit on a black box.

You can also return it before 30-days with a 10% restocking fee

They gives you "Service phones" NOT refurbish. If BB route doesn't work, you can try calling apple and ask them to get you new one. Good Luck
