Hi,

Didn't Steve say we can return the phone if we are not happy? What was the policy with that? I made a claim on my o2 insurance and received a locked phone but I need an unlocked one. Hoping I can return it...

you have a 30 day return policy from when you buy it. not sure how that applies for claiming on insurance. but on o2 you can get iphone unlocked anyway by filling the form on the website

You can't unlock iPhone 4, only the previous iPhones.

just looked, it said you can't during the initial launch period, but you will be able to, they've just not said when, chances are its going to be at least 3 months after launch, or they're waiting til the white one is out and clear. so as long as you don't mind waiting it out a bit.

only way to have an unlucked one until then is to get one from the apple store sim free.
