Return iPhone 4S to Verizon?

I had to return my preordered Verizon iPhone 4S back to them with the included return label in the box. The thing is, I forgot to write down the tracking number that was on the label. Could someone look and see where the phone gets returned to? Also, will they email me once its returned or will they just credit the money back to my bank account? Thanks.
