I am very pleased with my new iPod except :

there is a problem with coverflow i cant fix

and

there is a green pixel - is it dead or stuck?
i am pretty sure there is nothing i can do.

anyway - i am in the uk so is it better to phone apple as i cant get to regent street before the 8th.

also - will they change it -
