Dd has an XS she got the Monday after release day through ATT Next.

We are in a rural area, and her connectivity is horrible compared to her 8+. She works from home and needs to use her phone as a hotspot to send out emails from my laptop, and she makes quite a few phone calls.

Since I have gotten my XR, she is realizing how poor her connectivity is, and is wondering what can be done about it, as far as returning or swapping out the phone, if anything.
 
Hopefully it’s softtware/carrier firmware related and a fix will be pushed out sooner or later. If it turns out to be hardware an exchange may have similar issues but, not everyone has the problem with connectivity so it might be worth a shot..
