So I was curious, I know Apple's return policy is 14 days, and ATTs is 30. Say I returned on day 20, would I get to keep the phone and get out of my contract?

LOL. Did you read your own question? Wtf? You COULD try and cancel the contract without giving back the phone, but I Highly doubt that would work because then ATT paid for part of your phone for no reason.

Well I didn't think you could return it to Apple after 14 days, so will ATT take it back after 14 days since they're policy is 30?

I think they mean cancel their contract, but if its within 90 days I think you have to return the phone. At least that is what my store does, not sure if that is our store policy or an AT&T policy.

Alright thanks. I guess what I really need to know is that I'm safe to try it for 30 days, and all I should have to pay is the pro-rated bill and a restocking fee?
