What's the return policy for apple products bought online.
Can I just take them to apple store for exchange (in case there is some issue) or do I need to ship it back to where I bought from?

thanks

Regardless where you bought it, if you have a problem covered under warranty and need an exchange, it's an Apple product and they will exchange it.

If you want to return it for refund because you don't want it, you return it to the reseller from which you purchased.

Called apple, said you need to ship back. I'm in the same boat.

That's no good.

I had forgotten that I bought my iPhone4 from Best Buy but it died after couple of days. Went to apple store and they happily exchanged it.

With iPad bleeding issues, wondering if I get it from JR or B&H and need to return it, what are my options.
