Hi All,
Returned my 16GB iPhone 6 this morning for a 64GB phone. When they did that and set up the new phone, the SIM did not activate in the new device. After about 20 minutes, the Apple store employee just put the old SIM card in the new device which worked fine, gave me the old SIM card, and sent me on my way.
My question is, has this ever happened to anyone where the new SIM did not activate so they just kept the old SIM? I figure worst case scenario is the new one activates at some point, deactivating the old one. If this happens, I have the new SIM card which I could then pop in.
Just curious if anyone's encountered this, or if there's anything else I should do.
