For people who have returned your iPhone 4, did you get back your upgrade pricing? If so, how long did it take? thanks

Do you mean the upgrade that AT&T charges ($18).

I returned my iPhone Aug 30th at 7pm, and I had the fee credited back to my account the next morning when I woke up, and Apple had also refunded my money back to bank account the next day as well.

I believe he is refering to the eligibility to upgrade at the subsidized price. The only thing I can tell you is to wait a few days and then if the upgrade pricing is not reset, notify AT&T.

Same thing, my eligibility was re-set by the next morning as well. The manager at the Apple Store told me that normally it all happens the same day, but because I returned my iPhone so late in the afternoon, that I could take up to a day (the next day) to show up in the system.

Thanks, I guess I'll give att a visit cuz I returned an iPhone on Friday and it still hasn't reset
