Returned macbook pro, how long did you guys take to get your refund?

returned a macbook online on sept 28th and its now october 6th.

they said 5 business days but its been over that.

has anyone else taken a long time to recieve a refund?

I once returned an iPad Air and it took exactly 7 business days. I think it also depends on your bank. You'll get your refund, of course. Patience.

7 business days? sweet geezes lol. ive returned stuff before, usualyl took 2 days. but iil wait a little longer per your experience.

I think it's cause Apple will send the refund to your bank within 5 business days, but then it's up to your bank to process it and credit it to your account. Check with your bank.

No, at this point you should call your bank & or the Apple Store. It's past the time frame now.

I returned a case in store and it took about 7 or 8 business days before I saw the money back in my account.
