iPod touch Returned week 37 model for a 38

I just bought a week 38 16gb touch at Best Buy today after having a week 37 from a different Best Buy which I bought on 9/15 and I will tell you that the week 38 is much better! There are no negative effects when viewing movies straight on.Macy Gray is on the box as well.
