Returning an iPad 3 bought from a reseller to Apple

Hey guys, I bought a brand new iPad 3 from a little electronic store 2 weeks ago. When I check on the Apple website, it says that the Estimated Expiration Date for Repairs and Service Coverage is October 14 2013, so I guess that I have until November 14 2012 to return it to Apple in exchange for the iPad 4. However, since I bought it from a reseller, I wonder if I can do that.

You cannot return it to apple - unless they make an exception to their normal policies.

Just return it from where you purchased it from.
