Been trying to look up and search without much recent information. I was wondering if anyone else has returned a cracked phone back to the iphone upgrade program. The appointments at Apple store to utilize my applecare to "fix" my phone are really scarce. I am wondering if people have returned their phones back and hopefully just be charged standard apple care deductible fees. Just rather save my time being exposed to go out into public places when I don't have to.
