iPad Returning/Exchanging an iPad 4

I bought the iPad 4 on August 26th. Do I have any chance of exchanging it, or do I have to trade it in or sell it?
 
I have a friend that's in the same boat, although you'll probably still get a good price for the 4 seen as it has a ton of warranty.
