Returning faulty MBP inside 14 days?

MBP#1 displayed vertical lines within a few days. I returned it and got MBP#2, which has, within a week, started scrambling screens, switching off randomly and generally being nVidia 8600ish.

I have photos of a couple of the scrambles. I want to return this machine for a refund (or credit note) and get an updated MBP when they're released. What are my chances?

Why don't you call the store and ask?

Well, if you can prove to them that it's faulty they'll take it back and give you a refund.
