Will Bestbuy charge the restocking fee to return an iPhone due to the reception issue? I can't deal with it any longer after one day. Hopefully so cause this is rediculous and no I'm not holding it in my right hand until they fix it.

If you really like the phone why not just get a case for it?

Apple has officially said the reception issue is not a defect so you will likely be charged a restock fee, especially since the issue is ameliorated by using a case. They have inexpensive ones at BB for $15 and even lower priced ones at places like Handhelditems.com.

Return it and refuse to pay any restocking fee, ignore what the fanboys say, phones should work caseless. Period.

I'm sorry, but if you hold your phone like any normal person would, and you lose signal, then yes, it is an issue. A slight decrease in performance from being held is one thing, but watching the signal go from 5 bars to nothing is rediculos.

For the two bright ones in this topic

RIDICULOUS

Sorry, pet peeve. Spell check if you can't spell ffs.
