Returning my iPhone 3G. Will I be able to get a subsidized 3GS?

I bought a refurb iPhone 3G a few weeks back. If I return it, would I still qualify to buy the 3GS at a subsidized price (i.e., $199)? Just wondering.

(I would call AT&T but they told me to call back during business hours).
 
GO ASAP to the store where you purchased the phone, and have them sort you out. After 30 days, you are out of luck.
