Hey guys,

I hope you can clear up some things or me, right now im really upset just how bad my iphone 4 is, even when im not holding it, I cant make phone calls / use 3G / I have proximity problems as well.

I ordered my phone on the 15th from Apple, received via FedEx on the 23rd (a day before official release). How much time do I have to return it for full refund / cancel the new contract, etc. Does it start from pre-order? Do I really have 30-days.. ???

I just dont know weather to try to trade it in for a new one or maybe wait for some miracle update from apple but then loss my chance to return it...?

What do you guys think about this whole mess...?

Really sucks, i really was looking forward to this phone but I use my 3G now and i put my iphone 4 in the box :/

Call Apple and ask them when your return period is over. Wait until a little before that date.
 
I will prob call them tomorrow, I just wasnt sure....
