sadly, I am calling to terminate my contract with sprint and returning the phone...going back to AT&T. Sprint reception has been HORRIBLE in my area, voice calls are so broken up and delayed that people keep thinking I am using skype on dial-ups, and data rates are consistently below 0.2Mbps. And this is in the downtown area of a major metropolitan city. But I guess AT&T is dismal in San Fran as well, so I've heard.
