hey guys quick question. will i be able to return the phone even though i got the phone swapped? i dont want to send my phone in and then att say that because the phone imei and the box imei dont match that i wont be able to return it.

Do you have the paperwork from Apple that documents the swap? That's the best chance you have of getting your return accepted. It should show both the old and new IMEIs.
hmm. good thinking. yeah, still have that receipt. contemplating on returning it (i really do hate paying the fee though) and picking up a captivate while waiting for the white one.
