If I buy an iPhone 4 from any other place than Apple, will I have to go back to those places if I have a problem with it or can I go straight to Apple and have them take care of it? I'm considering just ordering from another place instead of banking on Apple having any left on the opening day and wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues buying it elsewhere. I'll be buying AppleCare for it in the next few months anyway so I don't think it would be that big of a deal.

No matter what Apple product you buy, you can always go into an Apple store for help. I would, however, suggest something more than just Apple care for any kind of accidental damage. SquareTrade or your own car/home insurance offer great plans (very cheap) and make Apple Care kind of pointless. Your call though.

Sounds good. I may go with SquareTrade once I look things up a little more. Never had a problem with a phone but you never know.
