So I originally bought a wifi only iPad 2. Found out i needed 3G, so I returned it, they didn't have a white one so I just exchanged it for a black model with 3G. Couple of days later they get some white models so I exchange for a white iPad. After exchanging for the white iPad, the employee told me I couldn't echange anymore because I have reached the limit.

So is there a way to return this iPad? Much rather have a iPhone 4. Can I bring it to a different apple store?

He lied to you, their is no limit.

If you are within the 14 day return period of the product, then you are allowed to return it, no questions asked or restocking fee.

Look at he receipt and see when is your returned by date.

*even when you do an exchange, you get an additional 14 days for that new product.
* also, it sounds like you need to do your research and figure out what product you need before you buy another.

So there is no limit to how many times I can return an item?
