I got an old 2G iPod Shuffle on 27 january for my birthday, How does the return policy work for my dilemma. Is it possible to go and get a new colourful 2G Shuffle?

Is it engraved? If so, it's not returnable. If not, you may be able to return it, as long as it's within 14 days of the date of purchase and you have all of the original packaging. I assume it's been opened, in which case you'd be charged a 10% restocking fee.

^Indeed but that 10% stocking fee is harsh..I always thought so and I understand what the 10% is for its just what I think. I would call apple about it like now and try to get that out to them ASAP.
